We guarantee your satisfaction with every purchase, but if you decide not to use a product, simply return it to us within 30 days of receiving the item.
Returns are only accepted if the items are unused and in their original packaging. (This does not apply to defective or damaged items.) Items like microscopes must be packaged in a shipping box with all accessories included. Items not returned in original packaging and in re-sellable condition may be declined and returned to the shipper or charged a restocking fee.

We follow careful order picking procedures to ensure every item in your order is correct and in perfect condition, but we do occasionally make mistakes. Please call Customer Service at 703-330-1413 or fill out the return inquiry form above within three days of receiving the item so we can correct this problem immediately. If you would like a product replacement, please check the box on the form.
